Yeah, but the drama wasn't based on the anime really, it was based on the manga, which is much more compact. Or at least easier to make a drama from.

This is an awesome romantic anime. One of the best! I've watched a lot. It's almost or over 50 episodes, if I recall.

seee te recomiendo el manga 100%.. no es por exagerar pero hasta ahora es el mejor manga que e leido.. no tiene altibajos.
al comienzo dibujan feo pero despues mejoran bastante, te recomiendo tambien somos chicos de menta xD es bien chevere!

I like the normal Hana yori dango. The one with Jun Matsumoto in it. its more funner and more cooler no offence. GO HANA YORI DANGO REAL MOVIES! XD

Technically speaking, since this one came out much much earlier than the live action drama, and is stylized closer to the manga, this is the 'normal' Hana Yori Dango, as far as tv shows go anyway, the real deal will always be the manga.
