but the thing is, he is a comedian. comedians are supposed to come up with the jokes that we use in conversation around the keg and probably wouldnt be able to come up with ourselves. but he doesnt, so what entitles him to have his own show and all this fame he doesnt even deserve. and seriously, if you are going to rip off a comedian and air it nationally, you wouldnt want people to know about it or the other comedian. he is dense enough to think nobody has ever heard of bill fucking cosby.

Anyone defending Mencia on this joke is a joke. Comedians don't do the same jokes or joke lines ever. Even if they say it "funnier". It's copyrighted material but especially to the comedians it's their livelyhood. It's literally (and I know a lot of comedians personally) like Identity Theft - as if you had your wallet stolen.
