That does not look like mental illness, that looks like very severe Tourette Syndrom! Even if she had nothing wrong with her and did this for a videos sake it still looks like things I have done near music and sometimes without because of Tourettes.

This looks very real to me. I have done this and more because of Tourettes Syndrome and since I can't predict how bad I am I have gone out and had this happen at the end of an evening at night and near cops if they happen to be around. I even had a friend tape a mild version of this. If this is fake they should be aware the stuff like this happens to people who are sane and have Neurobiological Spectrum Disorders such as Tourettes.
