rihanna doesn't always lipsync, it;s time u pple kno that at times they lipsync and other times they don't, some just do it more than another, 1 time performances they mite lipsync, but if is at concert then lipsync is useless

It HAS to be lipsync, because they are playing it alongside the video..Hence it has to be exactly the same timing, if it was live It woudn't be spot on...

Usually the singers that can ACTUALLY sing, sing it live but have a backtrack of course for the back up music and to sing along to it, you can tell if they are lip syncing by listening to the difference of the voices.

i HATE american award shows b/c when theres a performance its all dance and hardly any singing its all fake recorded shit. the spotlight is on the dancers and stage rather than the artist!! its all american bullshit smoke and mirrors thats why the BRIT awards are cool b/c its about the artist and their singing/musical abilities. She wasnt really lip-syncing, she was singing WITH the recording. Its called "gating" the mic. The song is playing, and along with her recorded voice playing, she sings along with it. Anndd.. That laser is cool =D
