What's even weirder with this tape is that at certain points you can only see the upper half of the Doc's face, but I swear that the movements of his upper face don't match the audio track.
Is it likely that these sections were spliced in, and the reason for only showing the upper half of his face is due to the fact that he was probably wearing a labcoat and necktie in those sections. This is really curious...

after 1:27 , the camera is on locke, because when mark wickmund says that the swan people thinks that the job is very important, locke gets angry, and thats why the camera is on him. "Every single second of my pathetic little life, is as useless as that button!"
