I think Chrona's a guy, for a number of reasons. One, when Chrona was fighting Maka the first time, he/she said that he had never dealt with girls before. If he/she was a girl, he/she would of said OTHER girls.

Any manga translations that pin Chrona as any gender are incorrect. Chrona has never been referred to with any gender-specific pronouns in the raw, and the official website lists their gender as being unknown for now.
