Alright now this might sound harsh but its true. This video is terrible. You're repeating all the same tricks, its far too long and its not even freerunning.
The only way i can help you is to tell you to learn something new. Maybe a backflip to start, they're easy. Then try fronflips, inverts, wallflips, etc. Broaden your horizons.
