well, i started this 2 years and 6 or 7 mounts ago, then i was almost 18.i did some dancing and aerobic before but i guess this doesn't counts. well, sais are sooooooo damn cool, there was a time when i got to play with something like this, but i only know the bases,even spectacular staff,but i guess i would need a little more practice to actully handlle with'em in a real fight.but i inted to get a pair of those soon :D, nice weapon

I love the practice scene with fighting staffs and you in highheel sandals, it gives it a reality factor...we walk around in highheels and sandals, not sneakers and ninja shoes...I teach a womens street self defense class...during the whole class you are wearing highheels, in the real world, one gets attacked, and rarely is it on your terms. Highheels are legal weapons on your feet...use them.

Not at all...and just like anything, the more you practice the more of a natural reaction it becomes...same goes for highheels, I never take them of my feet...lol...they have proved to be a very effective weapon for me in many altercations.

i bet! being a guy, i cant wear high heels, instead, i have steel toe shoes which are perfect because not only can i kick with them but i can take them off and use as blunt weapons :)
