My ACL and MCL were torn by a goalkeeper taking me out in soccer. This is the resulting surgery, which actually turned out to be just a scope of my knee, seeing that it started healing on it's own.

I have this exact surgery done on me too. Thing is, my meniscus deteriorated. It hasnt felt like it fully healed and its been almost a year since surgery (Nov. 07)

It's been a year a couple weeks ago. I'm playing soccer again, but slowly getting back into it. Things aren't completely right yet, but I think it's mostly a need to keep getting it stronger by running and working out.

haa is weird i got injured last years july n i saw the doctor just a few weeks ago cuz here in LA med care is a piece of shit!!..n he reffered me to the physical thepraist n he told me just to work out so that i can regain strength on my meniscus n cartilage n today during soccer practice i did a slow cross over n my knee collapsed n poped..how did u get surgery how fast i mean?

I had surgery 2 months after the injury, but should have been more like 1 month. But like I said, it turned out not to need surgery. In the video, he is scoping the ligament and testing the strength as it had started healing.
I would see a good orthopedist and stay out of playing sports for at least 6 months even if they said just to work it out.

Playing soccer. I was coming across the goal (in indoor soccer) and the ball was passed from the corner. The goalie dove near the ground to punch the ball away and drove into my leg right when I planted it.
