these dummy tickets, you say they are available from download quests?? you mentioned remboras and shalakalas. the shalakalas must be a MHP2nd only, but the remboras, is that the one where you have to kill 15 in an arena with an iodrome+?

you get the rainbow option after you beat the dual rajang quest. to get that, you have to beat every village chief quest(this includes shen).
