this video mean so much to me bc my mom was dignosed with breast cancer 2 years ago and that was the hardes time of my life and my family to she was so tough and never let anyone see she was hurt and upset about. then there the time my baby brother showed everyone just have tought he was and that nothing can get my family down, he spend six days in cicu inn st louis last september. he had a heart tranplated amd his body started to try to get raid of his heart so he alot of fulid bulit up on it

i think this is a wonderful song, besides the message about cancer, it also brings to light how hard our mothers work, never ceasing to hold what she can together for her family, even when the outcome may be grim.
For all the moms out there, we love you!

I heard this song for the first time a year and a half ago and fell in love with it. My mom battled leukemia for three years starting back in 1998. She never went into remission but by 2001 the leukemia was so under control that she didn't have to worry about battling it. Last year she was diagnosed with lymphoma; One of the first things I did was listen to this song on repeat. She passed away on the 27th of October. This song reminds me of how strong she was and how strong she wants me to be.

Having said all that, you're all in my prayers. I'm so sorry to see such a group of undoubtedly great people lost to cancer. God will relieve our pain just as he did theirs. Don't be afraid to cry, yell, scream, or however you grieve. We'll all be strong again soon enough. =)

I can barely listen to this. I lost my mother to breast cancer July 20th. I'm an only child and she was my whole world, my best friend. I loved my mom so much. Now I'm all alone. She was so brave. 4 long years. 3 cancer free, too. I miss you mama!!! you left too soon. RIP mom! Carol Lee Richter 7-27-49 - 7-13-08 (exactly 2 weeks shy of her 59th birthday). I will be 24 next month on the 24th. these are my first thanksgiving, birthday, and Christmas without her. I'm scared to pieces.

Tough!!! I know a woman who got cancer early this summer, and through it all I have seen her smiling. I have never seen her mad or upset(but I'm sure she was)she is always strong. She had a surgery a few weeks ago, and she is up and walking again, going back to radiation soon, hopefully, for the last time!!! She's strong, pushs on, can't slower her down, she take, anything life dishes out . . .

This song reminds me of my mom. She doesnt have cancer or anything (thank god) but this song perfectly describes her. And if she did get cancer I bet she would handle it like she handles everything: like a trooper. She's the strongest person I know. Luv ya mom
