"their styles are totally different." False. Vladik copies to the hand movement and facial expression Viktor's "Dralion". If Vladik wanted to juggle "harder" he could have left out all the dance and tumbling which Viktor does far better. The clubs are good, but do not fit the "wild man discovering life" theme -- which may be Cirque's and not belong to either V.
Besides, Vladik does not have the physique for a nude-suit.

"Copy" is word that in essence means "plagarize." You are accusing Vladik of commiting an ethics violation.
Their styles are different; facial and hand movements are the least concern to me when I'm observing their juggling technique: that, sir, is what is different about them.
And, your final statement isn't even relevant to the conversation..and I doubt you have the physique for one either.

Until 3:05 when he gets out the clubs, his act is insane jumping and rolling around and staring "Oooo" with some 3-ball stuff that would have a hard time standing on its own: hence the insane jumping and rolling around to have 3 extra minutes of "act".
If this kid would try to see what he actually could do as a juggling routine, he might make it to the IJA level--no wait, he is too old already.
He does have the fastest, neatest 720's going. If he could put that under a 7-5up, well then....

I mentionioned copying viktor as i think viktor is better. But I like this style of juggling so much i think there should be more people doing a similar thing. I wouldn't like wearing a leotard but its so cool who cares?

V.K.. is professionally done Act . Better Juggler because (well done choreography) moves better!? .Take all dancing moves from Victor's and Vladik's Acts and you will see who the JUGGLER is. As well two different styles and approach to present Juggling Art

Vladik is Amazing
On this video Vladik is 17 years Old! You should see him now IN REAL LIFE, he has future, will SEE! (It's Just STARTED) All the time somebody does not except novelty, performer have to prove it and work very hard to be accepted, then he become the best. It's normal (Circle of life) when somebody very prospective new talent appear and move Juggling Art to the High level. Right now it's Vladik.

What do you mean he might make it to IJA level? He's already won both the juniors and seniors competitions at the IJA. Routines you see at the IJA are meant for other jugglers and are filled with technical juggling. Personally I find those routines quite boring, as do many nonjugglers. This routine is meant to be an artistic performance combining dance and juggling, and I think it's far more entertaining for nonjuggling audiences than most IJA routines.

Are you Anatoli Miagkostoupov(vladik's father)? Looking at your screen name it would seem that you're at least related to vladik. If you are anatoli, I remember seeing you over 10 years ago when I was at a small juggling festival in vegas. I must have only been 11 or 12 at the time but I remember you were amazing, I remember you were doing this incredible 6 club multiplex trick that I've never seen anyone else do.

This is very remeniscent of Viktor Kee. As if Vladik had learned many things from Viktor on movement and employing emotional quality and obvious passion to a juggling act as well as the dance aspect. It's excellent work no matter what some of these other commenters are saying against it.

We talk about 2 best performers. Those sorts of judgment belong to average people.
Who can't see lots of novelty in Vladiks Act and differential is between Vladik and V.K.

I think the movement and 'emotional' quality I see in this video looks much more Cirque Du Soleil inspired than Viktor Kee inspired.
I don't think Vladik can be accused of 'copying' Viktor Kee. They both play the same character in Dralion, and those french canadian directors can be awfully weird and specific about how they think a character should represent the emotion of their part in the show.
I don't disagree that Viktor Kee may have taught Vladik how to do those things how CDS wanted.

Viktor created his character and choreographed his juggling piece and owns the rights to it, and afaik, one of the few artists who worked for cirqu who can say that. Cirque didn't direct his one.
Kee also is a choreographer. And I think he himself picked Vladik forthis part, and worked with him to create this routine.
When I did Viktors 5 day workshop, He basically taught his juggling technique, his philosophy on act creation, and we learnt exactly his choreography of his routine.
