First, it´s not an rrrrrr!
1.whistle and hold the tone
2.stop to blow
3. make a voice (let your mouth in the whistle form!

Know the Arabian Kh sound? (If not: while blowing air, slowly raise the back of your tonge and try to make a raspy "chilling wind" sound!) The German R is kind of a voiced variand, pretty much like the Arabian Gh. The unvoiced variant also appears in German, for all words with a CH after a "dark vowel" (A O or U, also in diphthongs).
