More than one million people lined Sydney Harbour to witness a spectacular fireworks display as worldwide celebrations to ring in the New Year began in the Asia-Pacific region.
Massive bursts of red and green light filled the warm night air as the clock ticked past midnight in Australia's largest city, with revellers crammed into prime pieces of parkland to catch a glimpse of the dazzling show.

i would have love to been their for this, i have been to Australia in Maitland and black town in Sydney but i would have been well past it since i was over their in may, either way Sydney Harbor is still amazing.

Great NYE Sydney.
Sydney was much better than London, London's FW wasn't organized enough like Sydney, they might spent same amount of FW, but it was all at the same place.cause they don't have a place like this beautiful bay.
