-She's not that great of a violinist - what classical professional violinists play she doesn't play - but probably could with a lot more practice
-second - New York is the the capital of jew outside of Israel, so much so they call it Jew York - she had plenty of family and resources to take care of here when she got here - and she did speak English - they speak English in Israel not just Hebrew and Arabic

To be fair, the classical professional violinists couldn't play what she plays. So it goes both ways. 2 very different styles. She is amazing and her talent is on a level that few can touch. She lasted FIVE hours on Apollo according to her. It's hard as hell to last five minutes on there.

i beg to differ. with classical training at a conservatory, i violinist could learn to do what she does quite quickly. what she does isn't difficult to learn or do. its very repetitive stuff and not great difficulty involved.

but she started out playing classical and when she moved to america she started playing that, she has good classical musicianship and applys it to modern music
