NSFW teaser for a stalled-but-promising indie TV show, "Sublet," which detailed the innumerable adventures of slackers Chaz and Freddy, and the tribulations of their landlord and former high school tormenter, Frank.
Here, in a scene from the first episode, Frank comes outside to find wacky next-door neighbor/get-rich-quick schemer Martin with a broken neck in front of his house. Ricky, the unbelievably racist third tenant, catches Martin in the act of trying to get the body out of sight.
