P.S The things I put in parenthesis we're things that change in the musical "Wicked." Wicked is the untold story of the witches of Oz. In the musical, Glinda changes her name from Galinda to Glinda. And in Wicked, they call her Glinda the Good.
P.P.S I loathe dorothy, she killed the good witch (A.K.A Elphaba the witch of the west) for no reason. Elphaba was a good person, she was just misunderstood. That was why she was mean. Cuz' no one liked her.

You may be a fan of both literature/musical but do you understand the concept that "wicked" was like fan fiction of "The wizard of oz"? i think they should be looked at completely seperately. As a fan of both, i think it's unfair that they're compared. Yes, they use some of the same characters, and yes, there's a part of the story that's shared, but Gregory Maguire never intended for "wicked" to be considered an actual addition to "The wizard of Oz" series.

yeah i agree Glinda is shit in this movie and brill in wicked and her voice gets on my nerves...!!! but i do love this film, made during the war wasent it to lift everyones sprits... i love the tinman :)
