apoligeticsman - Not a constitutional right? How about freedom of speech? They had a permit to protest there, so as far as the law is concerned it was within their rights. No one was blocking anyone from anything, the bulk of the protesters were on the opposite side of the street and police were there to make sure no traffic was impeded. And since you mentioned it they were handing out literature, didn't you watch the video?

Our constitutional rights can not violate the rights of others. Scientology is a private organization which conducts religious services. How would Baptists, Catholics or Muslims like it if people who disagreed with their religion stood outside of their worship services and protested? What are you protesting? People's religious beliefs? You might as well protest people's opinions... you'll get similar results.

apologeticsman - The protesters were not violating anyone's rights (not even a little bit). The police there beside them can attest to that. The protesters were not protesting the "religion", they were protesting the illegal practices of the organization (use google, don't make me spoon feed you). Just like how people protested the Catholic Church for hiding its history of pedophilia. Were those people protesting the child abuse or the religion? Understand the difference?

You idiot, Scientology takes pictures of anyone who protests them, and hires PIs to harass/follow/frame them, it's called "Fair Game." Scientology's policy to is to prosecute their enemies for made up crimes, in order to silence them. It's not stupid to protect yourself, they have to wear masks.

Anonymous is weak a Circus Lemonade, paid or not. They are a total JOKE. One of the members (defectors) of anonymous came to us about 6 months ago and admitted there was a very wealthy gentleman in Los Angeles that was paying each person 50.00 per protest. Let's flip this around shall we? WHO are the desperate ones. It looks pretty clear to me.
