To make the prescription effective, you have to use the right approach.
Conventional wisdom involves identifying a list of irritants such as pollens, dust, even your pets that you are allergic to. This is an endless game.

Zhe Bei Mu 浙 貝 母
Zi Su Ye 紫 蘇 葉
Fang Feng 防 風
Jing Jie 京 芥
Xiang Ru 香 筎
Gao Ben 篙 本
A combination of 12 herbs mentioned above will do.
Drink one to two cups (8 oz each) of herb tea a day.
Your allergy won't go away in a few days, but you'll see progress.
Nasal allergy is a seasonal thing. It usually flares up in early spring or fall.
After taking the herbs, your allergy may still flare up sometimes, but the frequency and the intensity will be reduced until becoming insignificant.
