Supersaturated Sodium Acetate Solution (Fast Crystalization)

Video Description:
Sodium Citrate was heated to melting, and a small amount of water was added. Solution remains in liquid form until perturbed. A small crystal can be added to begin reaction, or in this case, simpling removing the stopper off of the flask! The reaction is exothermic.
