since when did it hurt less. luffy's rubber body only made him more flexible and stretchable. able to defend himself against bullets. and if you've watched closely, luffy still felt the pain from bullets even though they cant penetrate him.

roflmao,buddy rewind to the beggining of the show.Remember when that fat ass,with the SPIKEY HUGE BLACK WEAPON(what is this,like first ep?)hit him,and he didn't even block.And it didn't hurt him AT ALL!
Now imagine that hitting Zolo,who is just muscle....idk man ;D
And Luffy is a joker,.The bullets hurt but nothing like they should;it's like being poked.

mind you,this is also not fair to say if you compare everyone. Lufy has a fruit,so his willpower is manipulated like robin's and Choppers. Tho Zolo deals in "shaper more critical" manners,Sanji must have more physical strength than Zolo for upper body(handstands)and ESPECIALLY lower body.
Nami sucks...simple tools.
Usopp sucks...but at least more strategic than she is XD

well nami sucks at battle but shes saved their lives on sum occasions when it came down to the sailing so think of her as the person who makes sure they get to the fight
and as for zolo hes all about building his focus agility and strength so he can become the best swordsman, sanji would beat him without his swords but give him one sword and sanji's gonna get it
oh yea usopp doesnt suck considering his fight with the ghost princess, considering NOBODY but he could beat her

his rubber skin is harder than normal skin, so he is able to withstand physical attacks easier than any normal person can, to the point that sometimes physical attacks dont affect him at all.

well luffy has his gear 2nd and 3rd, zoro has asura, and sanji has diable jambe. I'd say theyre pretty even except luffy is edging on ahead of em.

neither of em have fought at the full extent of their abilities, but if they would I believe luffy would win mainly because of his sheer willpower. I think on strength they'd be evenly matched altho zoro would have an edge since he uses swords and luffy is vulnerable to sword.
It would mainly be a battle of who has the strongest will. I think luffy's will is stronger than zoro's, maybe by a little bit but still enough to beat him.
