When Evanescence came out I loved their sound, but they lost it when Ben Moody left. I just recently have found Within Temptation, and let me say, they truly ROCK! So much more depth to them than Evanescence, and I still like Evanescence, but WT blows them out of the water. They may be older, but listen to the quality they put out. They are now my favorite band, they won't leave my stereo in my car.

I love Evanescence alot. There is one thing that means Evanescence can't compare to Within Temptation. Vocals! Sharon has one of the best voices in Symphonic metal! Really it compares to Simone from Epica, Liv Kristine from Leaves Eyes, Charlotte from Delain, Floor Jansen from after forever, the list goes on. If you like WT then check out those bands. The point is Sharon is strong on the album and live! Amy sounds (barr a few performances) awful live. Which is a shame.
