I don't understand why groups like that have to spend lots of money to have a spiffy background behind the podium. I think one little sign ON the podium is plenty to advertise your organization. Why in the hell do you need an entire wall of repeating logos with the funky DNA-like twirlies?

Judge Napolitano makes some good points, but he needs to do some checking. Courts have struck down certain provisions of the Patriot Act and Congress didn't reauthorize(including 2 sections of Title II) and some sections were modified including 213 and 212. He is right that this is a large bill that really needs to be carefully analysed and studied and reviewed.
As for Ron Paul, his blame-America-first & on everything stances will prevent him from being elected. Bad choice, judge.

Ignorant you are. Ever heard about freedom? Al Qaida doesn't like it, and the Patriot Act removes most of it.
Heard about freedom of speech? You'd be dead if you tried that in any middle-eastern country.
The Patriot Act makes you a target without even being a criminal.
It takes away your human rights and is closer to terrorist/communist way of thinking than most laws. Americans are being treated as possible terrorists, not citizens of the USA.

What it comes down to if your not doing anyting illegal then what is their to really worry about except for terrorists. You have to remain quiet cause if you talk then the leads will get compromised. Use some common sense. All we need is to get rid of all Liberal scum! Be serious, the FBI did not just go around anywhere and ramsack your house. The US. Constitution states that your home can not be searched without a legal signed Search Warrant from an Official Federal Judge. Also out of the 1,000 people detained and imprisoned without due process of a Court before jury NONE OF THEM were connected to Terrorists, terrorism, or any terrorist organization. Enough Said.
