just watch what happens when McCain/Palin try to answer simple questions.
She was coached by McCain people, just look at the types of outfits she wears now, or her hair, plus no confidence, watch her older interviews in Alaska
R. Nader 08 (worth a try)
obama/biden 08!
he? She literally can't answer questions, then stumbles on herself for a few moments while she decides how to deflect the question
and is so amazingly transparent, you can almost see the gears churning behind those pretty doe eyes. This woman is just not capable of being pres or vp and it's not because she's religious, it's not because she's a mom, or a woman, or anything other than the fact she's completely ignorant to many important subjects.
i couldnt live in a country where this moron had ANY chance of being the president.
The separation of Church and State is the separation of ALL RELIGIONS from governance...for good reason, ALL RELIGIONS MAKE BAD GOVERNMENTS because they attempt to codify religious beliefs as legal doctrine enforced by all governmental means, up to and including violence.
Separation of church and state is the key point, not some snide crack about Islam. Hinduism, Buddhism, etc also have tenets that appear in our laws. So what?
Anyway, your generalization of all religions as they pertain to our laws and government is enough for me to desist from this discussion. Separation of Church/State needs to be maintained, but as compared to its original intent, this idea has arrived at a condition of travesty. Be well and be happy, Punchpixie.
