The first F-5 tornado to be recorded in Canada hit just outside of Eli Manitoba on Friday the 23rd of June 2007. So I imagine this is it.

wow that is a huge Tornado.. I hope that you realize that you put your life on the line for thei footage... I mean a tornado of that size would be moving at approximately 270-310 mph.... that is freaking fast.
