Easy Chicken Curry

At least once in week I eat Indian chicken curry, one of my favourite asian foods.
I do prepare chicken curry as well, but never seen this method, eventhough I like it, is easier and faster way of making curry.

This is truly a work of art. I've been cooking since I was 4 years old and this is true cooking.
The shame about this is that thousands of these true West/East Indian cooks are by far more qualified to run a restaurant or cooking show, then the Norm that is out there. However you will never hear of them because they don't have the appropriate dream or finances to do this kind of thing.

Hmm...I prefer something more powerful to put in, like fresh curry leaf or dried red chili, and perhaps make the curry a bit more drier so to bring out more to the taste of the spice...

Almost the same as how I cook curries, but i use a jar of Passata and a carton of Creamed Coconut Milk instead of water. I think it gives the curry a much better flavour.
I also use Onions as well as garlic, and sometimes a squeeze of lemon.
You can add toasted cashew nuts when your done if you like them :P

Oh, and I forgot.
For the paste I use Patak's Original Madras Paste, or Balti (Depending on what I fancy), and some birds eye chilli peppers if I'm feeling particularly hot headed :P

I agree with using Coconut Milk, I lived in the Fijian Islands for 8 months and had a lot of roti and curry, and they used coconut milk for most of it...

Hey Jemeela i am a 21 year old male and even i could make this because of you. I followed ur instructions really well and wow by the end of that 1 hour the sause was to die for!!!! The smell of it alone made me full lol!!! I used a product called Golden Curry (its Japanese curry) but still it was really good. I could not find the stuff in the jar you had where can i get it? Thanks allot Jemeela, this is the first thing i ever cooked by my self and im proud now :).
