I have to be honest, the "singing" (or lack thereof) put me off a bit, but then they don't speak any English, as for as I know, so I suppose you can kind of let them off for not knowing the words.

Of course it's not singing, but still it's an instrument. Like voice is considered an instrument when there's someone singing. The vocoder sounds un-natural but it's the purpose. Y'know, synthpop influence, synthetic sound. But I can understand why some people don't like it. Oh and I think it's way too mad and hysterical for teletubbies, unless you're watching teletubbies on acid and speed.

They know the word. They're using a vocoder. A thing where you speak on a monotonous voice in a mic and use a synth to pitch the notes.
