You can patent all kinds of things. Issuance of a patent does not mean it's been shown to work. Thousands of devices which don't work have been patented. If you want to patent the design of a machine that doesn't work, you can. No problem.

If you can build such a plant, all power to you. I wish you could. I really do. But you can't. I'll believe it when I see it in person. I know of no scientist or engineer who has. Every single one of these over unity machines fails when held up to scrutiny, and it has nothing to do with inefficiency, design problems, etc. The basic concept simply defies logic. I did a test when i was taking my engineering degree and i converted a 415V 3 phase electric motor to run like that to generate electricity. I managed to generate 4000W of power with just this one motor using a series of opposed magnets. So it is possible and could be the energy source of the future.

There is no free energy machine and cannot be! This is against the laws of physics. Do not believe it. Almost all energy in earth comes from the sun. Using the solar energy efficiently is the key.

Do you believe in string theory? If so you must know that the physics we know today will more then likely be complete BS in the future too :)
I have only done minimal research so claim to be no expert but I am just stating that all known physics to disprove the possibility of over unity may in fact be wrong. If string theory is correct these units could be using energy from one of these unknown dimensions therefore making it possible?

Anyways it is not FREE machine! As you say, the energy comes from somewhere. Near future is future as well as far future. Solar energy is still the energy of future. Of course that does not mean that there will be no other useful energy source.
