UPDATE #1: The guy you see being taken across the street with the green face paint has, and this is CONFIRMED, been Released. (a few hours ago actually.) Friends of his bailed him out. Bail was set at $763.00. He has two charges against him, but it's expected that they'll be dropped the second he enters the courtroom.
UPDATE #3: Both are out on bail! CONFIRMED!
Dekalb police step up the repressive factor -- Suddenly! Arrests out of the blue.
UPDATE #2:
They were arrested for:
1)Sec. 15-241. Permit required for solicitors
Sec. 15-241. Required.
Any person engaged in or desiring to engage in any type of selling, soliciting, canvassing, survey-making or any other business, occupation or vocation, which by its nature requires going from door to door or house to house in the residential areas of the unincorporated areas of the county, whether on a temporary or a permanent basis and whether or not it is for any religious, charitable, nonprofit or profit-making organization, shall obtain a solicitor's permit from the police department.
2)Sec. 16-68. Creating hazardous or offensive condition.
No person shall create a hazardous or physically offensive condition by an act which serves no legitimate purpose.

I agree with you about our founding fathers I wish more people would embrace that concept,but I don't think it was meant to be taken literally we live in a civilized world and we should conduct our selves as such..if we wanna "kick their ass", there's a more effective way OUR VOTE. If you disagree with the law, kicking a police officer's ass wouln't change a thing and about the only thing you're gonna get is a clear path to the county jail.Just VOTE that's enough the Gov really fears that.

They broke the law in regards to loud noises. In later protest, one of the cops (the big guy) forewarns people about breaking a certain sound limit. He even goes as far at to warn the protesters one of the sci-fags has a sound meter. I think after this protest an impact was made on the DeKalb police, but I could be wrong. Look at later vids to see what I mean.
