oh man, the effect sucks.. I think this is not the original dragonball the movie, I've seen the character that is going to be goku and it looks like different here... very different characts...
and yeah, I agree that it also reminds me of Power Rangers but to be honest, I like the effects of the Power Rangers more than this one. O_O

Guy's im ashamed to say this but from this little clip I just say this doesnt seem that horrible. Compare the effects to movies in its time period and its not that bad. Honestly im a little more interested in this than the new movie that comes out next year.
