That ain't true. Firstly, I personally KNOW many families that do NOT circumcise females at all - let alone the entire sensitive tissue, as you put it. Secondly, the reason is not to prevent cheating, when it is done in males it is for hygenic reasons. Anyway, cheating is a conscious act as much as a sexual one, and has many aspects, so it can't just be stopped by removing the reproductive tissue. That is a stupid reason!
