ive been on every medication for acne, im on the highest medication you can get now and there hasnt been any improvement, i dont think my spots are going to clear for a couple of years so im just going to have to be patient.... it affects me in different ways like e.g. i dont like making eye contact with people when i have a convosation also i look down all the time because i dont feel confident...

aww, i knnow, same, I'm not too confident.I'm in year 10 now, so I'm a lot more confident than I was I supposee, but, anyway, my problemo, I've just had my brace taken off, but my acne is preventing me from being 100% confident. Everyone says " Oh my God, get a grip, you dont have any acne" But, of course 2 me , I do! I've aa scar in the middle of my cheek from chicken pox when I was little, I think, but yeah, its so depressing, but you just have to remeber, beauty's in the eye of the beholder!

and try not to eat chocolate, or chicken
but try vitamin E, drink lots of water
do exercise, and try not to get depressed cuz u can get pimples just for that ;)
