Bloody Roar 4: Xion vs Nagi

A request from a forum.
One of the worst games I've ever played. It is fun for a while, and it has some good characters (Shen Long, Jen and Xion) but some really unbalanced ones. Nagi is too fast and has too much priority, Gado is too fast and too strong, the list goes on...
Xion (white hair) looks too much like Maximillian Pegasus from Yu-Gi-Oh to be a coincidence (if he had the Millenium Eye...). His american voiceover is really bad, see what he says when he is defeated.
Nagi (red hair) is a Kasumi (from DOA) rip-off... well, that's all there is to it.
The reason I keep doing the back kick is to show that sometimes the collision detection is really random... Nagi wasn't even crouched and it passed through her.
**Just a note: I consider this BAD in comparison with Bloody Roar 2 and 3, which were very good games - BR 2 being the best.

No, bad voice acting is only because of bad voice actors. Bad dialogue is what is caused by a bad translation, an underpaid writing staff, or both.

you're right. but that happens in a lot of japanese translated games. ive been wanting to play BR 4. i just like the fact that you can tranform into a beast while fighting.

yea.. i was pretty disappionted when i played it but it does have a great fighting concept about being able to transform whenever you want . it puts a little more straegy in your techniques

Trying to use the English voice acting against a fighting game wow thats never been done before it's never good to bad that has nothing to do with the game.
#2 That was definitely not hard mode I have the game
#3 AI in fighting games are usually bad unless the difficulty is all the way up
#4 Every girl in a fighting game with long hair is not Kasumi
#5 The reason you kept doing that back kick is because you can't play this game you just wanted to bash it
#6 Saying Gado is too fast is funny

#1: realized the stupidity of making a video such as this
#2: Came to terms with the fact that [enter game store here] has ripped you off what could have been a family meal at McDonalds
or, my favorite one
#3: Done both 1 and 2, and thought that this was a fighting game meant for a series--aiming to the fans of the game thereof.
...Yep, that about covers it. Since it was a whole year, maybe you've graduated out of that-de arou. -_-

I remember playing one of the older games in this series a while back...weren't they supposed to turn into animals? Wasn't that the point?
The girl is a weird half covered in pink fur with a sword for an arm thing, and I don't know what the guy is. A beetle or something?

Bloody Roar is a good fighting game you've just got no skill in it whato ever but I consider Primal Fury for the game cube the best one

Yeah, they are supposed to turn into animals. Most of the characters do turn into animals, but there are a few exceptions...like these two. They are both something called "unborn". But the girl is only a "half-beast unborn" while the boy is a complete unborn.
