WHICH is more ecpensive than that monstrosity maybach.. also .. .the maybach and the buggatti i just said doesnt count in this cuz its one-of a kind. ...so its not included in the list.. whatever the viper is modified if you modify the zr1 with a huge adjustable wing and adjustable suspension and put a good driver on the ring and im sure it would slaughter the viper

One question to all car maker. Why is there not a circle plate and a ball place under every car seat now. So when a seater get hit from the left side the ball will rotate clock wise and not feel the G force or impact of the accident. How many lives would been saved. It shows how much work they are doing over there testing dummies. I thought of this since 1996. Well I give it out for yah amateur car maker. Please work on it. Pity to all car maker until today on record. Universe technique

BMW are struggling in europe with the M3 the standard car is already £50k this places it firmly in the junior supercar arena going forward with the csl would push it right into the 911/maserati/even aston martin market where it could'nt compete in the prestige stakes, be honest who would buy a bm over an aston V8 even if it was better

The viper might be the fastest american car around the ring but it certainly isnt the fastest car around the ring the ultima gtr made in leicestershire uk has lapped the ring in under 7 mins thanks to 720bhp chevy engine and less than 1000kgs 0-100-0mph in 9.4 awesome.

Sorry but your wrong please search radical sr8it lapped the ring in 6:55 this is a road legal car available to purchase and drive away on the road today the viper is a mighty machine but it cant compete with incredible cars like the ultima or radical,everyone knows that the uk builds the fastest cars on the planet half the F1 grid is built within 1 hr of my house and silverstone track is across the road from me so ive seen most of these cars first hand, big respect to the viper though.

for one we are talking full bodied cars which the sr8 is far from. plus the ring record that they are talking about is for production cars aka mass produced shure you can get a sr8 upon request but the fact is they do not produce enough units per year to be considered production. and the ultima gtr is a kit car.

Didn't realise that ring records could only be set by mass market producers in which case i'm not interested in tiny niche market manufacturers anymore.Please they are both road legal cars that in my book makes them eligable the gtr is available as a kit but also factory built, the other car i hav'nt mentioned is the caparo T1 i hav'nt heard about any laps at ring yet but it got within 10 secs or so of Renault F1 around the BBC Top Gear track so that should do well,nice chatting to you

my question is really for all auto makers. i recently watched the video on the volt and the host said that they had to go into the wind tunnel to get the volt to be able to actually do the 40mile range i believe the host said that they dont really need to do that for a full gas car because it will just use more gas. maybe i miss intermediated that but it sounded like they dont care about gas consumption. it brought me to the quistion why are we advertising fuel efiiciant engines and not fuel....

efficient aerodynamics. from my stand point aerodynamics made the viper faster and Honda offers a package on the s2k that has "improved areo". I think it make more sense to make the car perform better WHILE using less or just as much fuel to move it. the flex is supposedly decent mileage on the highway because of simple things like a closed front grill. and Honda's have a closed grill on all of their cars. less make things less complicated. is it harder to make a grill or an engine.....
