lol there are alot of diff types of anime eyes in fact u can make up alot as u go along also so really theres no right or wrong way to draw anime eyes anime is jsut short for animation theres no right or wrong way its just the usual way is the big shiny bubbly eyes lol

It's actually a professional mechanical pencil, I live in Brazil and this one's from my dad, but I saw one in a stationery and it was about R$25,00 (something like U$10,00).
