I tend to agree oldergods to a point, but the more specific problem this time is the democrats fannie and freddie home for every American plan - it's socialized central commie control - and that COSTS SO MUCH it DESTROYS ... in our curent system this is how the destruction ensues.
I personally WISH democrats would get the portion of blame THEY DESERVE, but that is always put on "republican money interests".
I find that a BIG PROBLEM that blocks reform, or throwing them all out.

This is due or die people, we need to put the pressure on Congress. Write an email to a all your congressmen and women and/or make a phone call and say if they pass this bail out in any form they will be history come election which is coming up soon.
Don't expect the other guy to do it for you because he's probably thinking the same thing. We all need to do it, every one of us!

Wouldn't it be great to be JP Morgan, buying 307B in WaMu assets, paying less then 2B, and then if congress passes the 700B bailout, selling probably 10s of Billions of Toxic Assets to us!

The problem is that the US fell pray of market forces fundamentalists a long time ago. The reality is that any economy needs oversight and economic control. Private individuals have been convinced by Milton Friedman's ideology for too long. Friedman ideasl are UTOPIA just like Karl Marx.

no, you are wrong.. the ideals are sound, but when you throw in an apparatus such as the Federal Reserve whos only purpuse is to inflate the monetary supply at the expense of the dollar value, then that's when you have a bad sitation.. the community reinvestment act along with the FEDs price fixing is what lead us to this mess.. if congress had oversight of the fed, which they should, then maybe this could have been prevent.. the free market is a sound ideal though, when implemented accordingly.

The US has put too much faith in the banking system for wealth creation. That's why a Goldman Sachs veteran is now the chief of the Fed. Market economy doesn't exist. Either you control it with legislation or it's manipulated by the people 'doing' the market. Price fixing takes many forms. Man is very adept at manipulating the market for the private good and not the public.

I suspect Alex Jones is correct about the Globalist being "overreached" or spread to thin in their crack-head like greed for a formal one world government.
Their BIG MISTAKE has been the loss of "consumer confidence". This is a secret to thier power over others. The globalist banking elite are PARASITES that cannot live without a host. People's loss of confidence in "the system" will become increase in confidence within themselves.
