dude you're all over the map...and you're giving me false facts....AND your information doesn't prove anything, even if it were true. the importance of bush's vetoes is that they were used specifically to thwart the efforts of congress to correct the economy (war spending, budget, etc.) so while he certainly didn't use the most vetoes, they were certainly quite harmful to everyone in the country. clinton used 37 and the economy surged higher than ever, so it's quality, not quantity.

The very thing that made the US the envy of the world, why the US has the world's highest standard of living, the greatest technological and medical advancements, are the result of a free capitalist market with open competition. This is despite having 2/3 of the federal budget, tax money stolen from the citizens, in socialism. As for the economy under Clinton, you do not measure the strength of an economy by its size. we, as the american people, need to bring this show back. We need to bring back open discourse on modern issues with people with differing viewpoints. Sure Bill Maher is libertarian, but he doesn't spin the way of the discussion, it is the guests controlling the conversation, and expressing what most people are saying, but can't because they aren't being represented by the talking heads.

Penn Jillette is an idol of mine. As well, we should leave the petty notion of "God" out of all decisions. On top of that, the idea of marriage being forcibly halted until the age of 26 is ridiculous. Why can't we just stop trying to force everyone else to live their lives by our subjective ethics?

Too bad Penn Jillette believes in (or claims to believe in for money) government regime lies: 1) JFK was killed by a lone nut; 2) 3 towers collapsed in controlled demolition after 2 were hit by planes on 9/11.
Would be better if Penn instead had more plausible beliefs, such as in an imaginary friend who loved him even though he's fat, ugly and stupid, and promised him a lovely eternal life if he tried not to be so dishonest and greedy.

This would have been much more interesting if they had removed the two women from the conversation.
