Well iTunes on Windows was probably the best thing Steve ever did. Personally while I do think Windows is pretty Sh*te in most areas that Macs excel much better at, there is 2 areas where Macs suck and suck very hard
1)gaming, I 'm a gamer and really apple just hasn't been intrested in games and has nowhere near the selection of windows, even if your run XP on yur mac your then limited by what GPU your mac has and this is another problem, apple don't let you choose the ideal haRDWARE

i've had switched from winamp to iTunes years ago.. and i;had just switched from firfefox to safari half year ago, and i'm sticking with Safari... it's unbelievable interface and fast browsing... only bit slow when loading the safari,,

i use itunes as my standart-player for years on my windows vista Pc. And I can say this is REALLY the best windows-app that is ever written (exept photoshop CS3 ;P). it is just better than the windows media player 11! when you use windows-apps for all the functions that provides itunes you are gonna need a hundred :P.
sometimes when my PC crashed again, I think about buying me the mac mini core 2 duo....

Steve Jobs is so cool. I mean, Bill Gates doesn't get on stage and promote Microsofts products (pretty self-explanatory now though), and always he's on the same stage. And ALWAYS you hear, There is one more feature. Hahaha!

itunes is the horror for windows.
got my itunes with thousands of lectures
and 100 playlists. On my external harddrive.
ok logical. for some reason my external harddrive
changes its drive number from e to f.
et voila: itunes cannot get its links to any
of my audio files. itunes is so dumb! go to
advaced etc. and choose new location of itunes files (f). itunes still cannot play any of my music nor upload to my ipod.
