Guy Sebastian did write the song above. Whatever you think. We as a Catholic religion have happiness, love in our hearts and direction in life. What is wrong with teaching my children to love one another? And yes I am devoted to God, love God unquestioningly, am obedient to God, etc
I say it again, you should just concentrate on your own life and your band. Ok you do have some musical talent. We are Catholic and wouldn't have it any other way. Catholic and Proud.

Your religion does not profess love and happiness. Your 'god' is not a god of love and forgiveness; he is a vengeful, jealous, angry, spiteful, benevolent, racist, mysogynist, homophobic (see the Old Testement) and above all, imaginiary. "turn the other cheek"? Wasn't it once "An eye for an eye" according to Moses? Let's not forget the Vatican's stance on the Holocaust, Bosnia, etc. I find there is more humility, logic and compassion in Mein Kampf as opposed to the bible.

ALL manufactured 'artists' are simply tools of major record labels such as EMI/Sony/BMG etc.
And no, these labels have TEAMS of producers and SCORES of session musicians at their disposal to record VERY highly highly polished, yet empty, albums - all with the intent to promote their 'star' of the moment... namely the winning (or 2nd or 3rd place) Idol of that year.
Guy Sebastian wouldn't know a G Major chord on a guitar or a slapped bassline to save his 'Christian Soul' or sorry ass.

I am not going to condemn what you are saying because i have no rights to do that because on earth all truths are equal. I will pray for you in hope that someday you to can experience the love of God. In the bible it says "i would rather you either believe or you don't" he doesn't want people to sit on the fence. Why not pray for me for something that CAN, WILL and DOES actually happen? How about you get on your sore sore knees this Sunday at Mass and 'will it' with all your might that I get laid a few extra times this week? Nothing in this world is perfect. I and nearly every Catholic will acknowledge that wrong things have been done by evil people in the name of religion. These things are rectified and will hopefully never happen again. The Catholic Church is slowly evolving for the better.
You have stated before that you went to a Catholic school. Then you will know that science and evolution was taught there. The most famous Scientist of all time Albert Einstein was a deeply religious man. Look it up.

Wrong things were done in the name of Nazism and Communism too, yet if you erase the historical blemishes of murder and genocide, both of these political ideals STILL have their appeal to the masses of ignorant and poor - eg. Germany 1921+, Russia, China, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Cuba, etc...

What a load of crap. Your way of thinking is beyond reality. If an Australian does something evil for example, does that make every Aussie bad? No it doesn't. You can give us any made up number on deaths which was unrelated to religion. Maybe quote something about the crusades or the inquisition which happened HUNDREDS OF YEARS AGO. Come on,get over it. I went to Tanzania last summer and did some Volunteer work for a Catholic Institutions who care for victims of AIDs and other diseases.
In fact it is the Catholic Church that founded the First Universities and Hospitals.

You keep harping on about something that happened over 700 years ago in medieval times.Back then the world was flat, knights roamed the English countryside, kings and queens ruled over lands and superstitions where rife.That is ancient history only imaginable by reading it in some history book.
