Personally I practice half court shots because it just might come down to it. You have 4 quarters in the game, that means that there are 3 chances that you'll have to inbound the ball with about 2 seconds left.

I think that's a smart thing to do. Anything to gain an edge. And those last second shots come up more often than you think. When you get yours, let's hope someone records it so you can post it here. Good luck.

Watch the slow mo and you'll see that she dribbles, takes two steps and before the third step hits the floor she gets the shot off. But thanks for the comment either way.
