IN THIS VIDEO, watch as one jumper exits from the Cessna 182 jump aircraft and deploys the American flag while the national anthem is played. The jumper is being circled by the four PT-17 Stearmans of the Red Baron Squadron, and as he makes his decent upon Rickenbacker International Airport, a flight of three P-51 Mustangs makes a pass down the show line (behind the flag) to help open up the Friday show. The jumper featured in the video is Paul McCowan, the founder of the E Team Skydivers, based in Ohio. His site is at http://www.eteamskydivers.com . to firefluzzz42... Although there are many people who still believe this, burning the flag just because it touches the ground is an "old wive's tale". Proper, regulation, flag etiquette is to clean the flag, and it may be re-used, if not damaged. The proper ceremony for retiring a flag that is damaged is burning. Check up on your flag etiquette... you may be surprised.

More south Texas heat... Some people have lost sight of this video. This really isn't the venue for political gripes. It's about the VIDEO. Nice one by the way. I have attended many air shows and always manage to see something that gives me those little goose-bumps of pride. It has always represented something very special for me. It's more than any political, or first had experience. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, not everyone will agree.

I loved this video! Loved it! Loved it! Aparently the people who say what is so special about it, don't love the flag much, or America. Shame on you people!! Go somewhere else to live for a while and you will find that America is Wonderful, even with all our flaws.

Wow, this was really nice. I don't think I have ever seen a flag fly like this -- and it was huge - and beautiful!
Very well done, and It is obvious that they did their very best to keep the flag from touching the ground. Great Job!
