Marilyn Monroe - Happy Birthday Mr. President

Video Description:
President Kennedy celebrated his forty-fifth birthday on May 19, 1962 at Madison Square Garden. More than 15,000 people attended along with numerous celebrities, including Marilyn Monroe. Monroe's dress was noted for being flesh colored with 2500 rhinestones sewn into it. The dress was so tight-fitting that Monroe had to be literally sewn into it once she had dressed. It was designed by Jean Louis.
Peter Lawford was at the event that night to introduce Monroe. He made a play on the actress's lateness by giving her a number of introductions throughout the night, after which she did not go on stage. As she finally came on stage several hours into the show, Lawford introduced her as the "late Marilyn Monroe." (Thanks to Wikipedia)

Yeah, but I believe they had alibies to get around that, it's believed that she was knocked off by a mobster, I can't remember his name now though. On the autopsie report it's said that there was a discolouration in her bowels, so possibly she was killed by a poisoned suppository, but I'm just going to stick with the accidental overdose theory.

Also, Marilyn was being handled by the mob to woo key important men. She even had a dog named 'Maf'. She was very close to Sam Giancana. The mob tried to use her to get to the Kennedy's but there was never an affair. So now they just spread lies that there was. No evidence, EVER. No pictures, no tapes. I think you should really read on her life before you judge her by hear say sure she had a drinking problem at times in her life but she was not high out of her mind or drunk during this other wise she would have done a really bad job it would have been more like a stumble on to the stage and slurring her words she was not Anna Nicole lol I really think you should read the book Marilyn Monroe Private and Undisclosed by Michelle Morgan : )

She was not drugged up or drunk. That was her persona - A blonde bombshell bubble head - It was an act. They are laughing because back in those days it was a bit risque to be this sex bomb singing to the President of the United States in front of millions of people. It was suppose to be over the top, sexual and funny. Marilyn was also a comic actress. It would be like Jessica Simpson doing that today and sitting on Bush's lap with a lowcut tight dress singing to him.
