Wolf discusses her new book "The End of America", already on the New York Times bestseller list. The book identifies ten classic steps common to all dictatorships -- including those of Mussolini, Hitler and Stalin. Alarmingly, Wolf makes the case that each of these ten steps is occurring in post 9/11 America today. The book is a call to action for young and concerned Americans and this interview intimately frames this important discussion.

Are you sure? Protesting has been our (citizens of the world) best friend. It may not SOLVE our issues but it brings to the forefront the issues that need to be rectified. Yes there may be some struggle, but the point of protesting is to raise awareness and to raise supporters until there is a stronghold. Get the ears of the people,their sympothy/empathy and you have a MOB. No gov't especially the American gov't wants a mob against them, especially around election time.

Being critical of outr gov't is a great thing. It means that we are awake and we won't suffer the indignities those countries under the Chinese Gov't (Cambodia; Manchuria; Tibet; and soon to be South African countries) do.
