I accuse you of being a terrorist, thus, you are now a suspected terrorist. There may be not a lick of evidence to support it, but oh well, we can take your constitutional freedoms away regardless. Any random American can be suspected of being a terrorist's, and thus lose their freedoms. The patriot act calls for no evidence, it's "we suspect you, thus you lose freedoms"... thus, it is unconstitutional. The people with brains are those who realize how illegal that is.

You're so dumb. Just because he's republican doesn't mean he has to agree with every policy they put out. It's called having an opinion. And surprise surprise, Republicans have them too.
Just because someone's Republican doesn't mean they automatically love the Patriot Act. And he obviously doesn't. And while he may be conservative on every other issue, this is one issue that he is certainly leaning liberal.

I mean Only the idiots in this country don't see how the federal government has been slowly taking away all of our rights over the last 40-50+ years. Only really stupid people can't see it.

'How else do you explain him revealing the truths about FBI and search warrants?' Maybe being a contributer to fox news does not automatically cause one to lose your humanity by default? And why did he call Colbert 'Bill'? Perhaps because they are all in New York and this guy does one show after another. As many shows as contributers tape in a row can we expect them to get everything right? Two interesting comments do not create enough evidence to expose a 'mole'. Do more research.

Instead of considering the content of the message, he's more focused on the dynamics of the interview and the judges relationship to ACLU and how that supposedly contradicts Fox News (which I think is where Liberalviewer went astray) Although I give him props for paying close attention to other details that would go unnoticed.
