You could easily make this using a basic wireless mouse already in the market but not a usb mouse. Things must be getting very bad(just kidding) if we have to make our own computer mouses and have workshops to teach others how to do it.

ya see this is kinda hard to do but not many people try it because you can very easlily make a wii remote work as a pointer mouse or a wireless xbox360 controller do the same and its a lot eayser to do
