Barach Hussein Obama is a complete and utter fraud!
Obama's past needs to be scrutinized. He was raised by a radical, socialist mother, who herself comes from a pedigree of radical socialists that moved her to a socialist enclave in Washington. There is no connection to "Kansas values", as Comrade Candidate Obama wishes to make. The connection is to the education of his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, in a high school known for its radical socialist elements.

We know little about him, for few, if any, have stepped forward to have their anecdotes recorded. You get what you vote for. Think about it. Would you call the Bush administration entirely different from Hitler? Saying he is a carbon copy of him is ludicrous, as it would be with Obama. What he is saying is that the Obama faction is completely blind to some of the things Obama has done (keeping troops in Iraq, voting yes on the patriot act, voting yes on the FISA amendment) and are overly zealous to any one who points it out.

The man's tract record... voting for the patriot act, voting for the Fisa amendment, and supporting a permanent military base (when we should be removing them in other countries, yay Team America World Police) in Iraq indicate an expansion of government and power, even an imperialistic one. It sickens me to see how DNC and Obama try to make him look presidential by comparing him to people who have actually fought and died for their values. You didn't think they picked the date (august 28th) for the convention for no reason. Think again, it's the 45th anniversary of "I have a dream" -speech. You know what to expect from his speech that day. It also explains why Nancy, Dean and co were so in the tank for Obama since that date was picked years ago. It's a perfect photo-op.

Is it fair to tax everyone at the same rate or should the rich be penalized solely for making a lot of money? The fact is that most of the middle class making less than $100,000 do not pay ANYTHING in income taxes. When you tax the rich at a higher rate what do you think happens? Facts are facts, these people you want to tax more are providing jobs to the people making $100,000 or less. Tax them more and you just cut their job.

The rich are "penalized" by progressive taxes to the same extent as they are "penalized" by the expensive infrastructure that allowed them to make their riches in the first place. No one succeeds in a vacuum.
