verizon will screw any customer for a buck..they were at my apartment complex installing their "fiber crap" and cut through the buildings main cable line.I toldhim what he did and he just nodded his shoulders n kept cutting leaving the whole building without tv/internet soi called timewarner and within 1hr they were over to fix it never use verizon!!!!!

O god dude tell me about it! Im a Comcast Cable technician and I run across that BS every day! Verizon does everything they can to screw with the competition! they Cut our lines and blame it on comcast and go to the customer and offer then "more reliable service that will always work" im not kidding they actually do that stuff! talk about a low blow! its pathetic! stay away from verizon!

Have had nothing but horrible service from Verizon this year, especially this summer with blatant lies about appointments, etc. - this alone has cost me a couple hundred $ I could ill afford to spend. Recently switched my phone & DSL service to Cavalier.
