I couldn't agree more. The quick-cut editing to make boring music more exciting is my pet peeve. Watch old footage of Hendrix or the Stones, and the camera stays on them for minutes at a time. It worked because they were exciting performers, and it wasn't necessary to sex things up with rapid editing.

This is probably my FAVORITE Billy Joel song. I love the lyrics and the music is great. Billy Joel's voice can be eloquent and "in your face." This song indicates his displeasure with her performance the night before and still rocks out. Man I miss this kind of music!
