Basic Instinct - Club Scene

Video Description:
Catherine Tramell (Sharon Stone) and her girlfriend Roxy (Leilani Sarelle) party to acid-house at a club in San Francisco. Unbeknownst to Roxy, Catherine has invited Nick (Michael Douglas) along, who is quickly becoming ensnared in her web of seduction.
The psychological manipulator Catherine draws Nick in to dance with her, blatantly leaving Roxy in the dust. Not merely for her own sexual rush, Catherine stages a calculated experiment to see what it takes to push Roxy over the edge. Earlier in the film, she proclaims "I'm a writer. I use people for what I write. Let the world beware."
Roxy, the fiery, passionate woman she is, can barely contain her envious rage of Nick, and will soon provide Catherine with a perfect case-study of the wild human spirit.

Sharon Stone is simply not of this world in this movie, she is a total goddess. I can forgive her the fact she's a little ice-pick happy because she's so fabulous. Very sexy scene but I always wondered why Michael went to the hippest club in town in his Dad's green fishing V-neck?!

I think Madonna would have been a good choice to play Sharon's character,especially considering what Madonna was like in the early 90's when this film came out.Anyone know if she was considered for the role ?.I'm surprised if she wasnt.I think Sharon was a good choice aswell though.
