The Beatles got this recording in two takes on Feb 11th, 1963. The first take is the one on the album, and the one they are lip syncing to in this filmed performance.
John was nursing a cold and sore throat that day too. And was the last song recorded in a 11 hour marathon recording session at Abbey Road studios. There was only 15 minutes left of the alloted recording time. Later on of course, the Beatles got all the studio time they wished, and had the run of the place.
